Sector: Asian equity fund management
Organisation: Tiburon Partners, an FSA regulated fund management firm. We specialise in investing in the equity markets of Asia and manage several funds with strong track records. The intrinsic attraction of Asian investment and the numbers we are printing mean that we have a growing number of investors. These investors range from individuals to major institutions based all round the world.
Employment opportunity: We are looking for candidates to join our marketing effort as full-time employees. Responsibilities will include servicing our existing clientele but also developing the coverage we have with potential investors, again on a global basis. There are currently 12 of us here at Tiburon Partners; consequently, for the right candidate the challenges and the attendant opportunities will be significant.
Given the growth of our business we would ideally like the succesful candidate to start immediately. Consequently, we are particularly interested in talking to those who have already graduated and are ready to take the world by the scruff of the neck. That said, we are also interested in talking to those who graduate or finish their courses in the summer.
