Alexander Boyd Piano Recital

We are delighted that internationally renowned concert pianist Alexander Boyd is returning to Newnham this autumn, following his sell-out recital at the College last year.

Born in 1972, Alexander Boyd made his Concerto debut in 1983 with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. Since his Wigmore Hall debut in 2001, Alexander has frequently performed at leading recital halls at home and abroad, as well as appearing at international music festivals in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. Passionate about teaching, Alexander is a lecturer at the University of Birmingham and on the piano staff at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
