Sustainability Promise

At Newnham College we take sustainability responsibilities seriously:

• The Student Switch Off Campaign: The College signs up to this campaign every year.
• Green Gardens… The College monitor and record garden wildlife (moth trap, bumblebee transect; wild plant record; camera trap).
• Food Policy/Catering: Newnham don’t use plastic in the catering outlets.
• Waste Management, the College currently recycle, paper, card, metal, glass, plastic, all garden waste and food waste.
