A free workshop for Newnham students that teaches them to project confidence, hold attention and to be comfortable in their space will be held next month.
It will be led by Monica Buckland (NC 1983), one of the world’s leading female conductors, who will deliver the two hour session for 50 students, both undergraduate and graduate.
The workshop has been organised by the Newnham Associates, a group of sixty alumnae who work in a wide range of fields – they give students general advice, specific careers advice, practice interview techniques and they also help with work experience and internships.
